Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

Heal from the past. Feel more present. Move forward with confidence.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help people process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional impact they continue to have on daily life. Rather than requiring you to talk through every detail of a difficult experience, EMDR uses structured techniques to help the brain process memories that may feel “stuck.”

EMDR may be helpful for individuals experiencing trauma or PTSD, anxiety, panic, grief, difficult life experiences, negative beliefs about themselves, or other distressing memories and triggers.

At Bloom Therapeutics, our trained clinicians provide EMDR in a supportive, individualized environment. Treatment moves at your pace, with an emphasis on building coping skills and helping you feel prepared before beginning trauma processing.

Your past is part of your story—it doesn’t have to control your future.

Play Therapy

Helping children express, process, and heal through the power of play.

Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling—and that’s where play therapy can help. Play therapy provides children with a safe, supportive environment where they can use play, creativity, and imagination to communicate feelings, work through challenges, and develop healthy coping skills.

Play therapy may be helpful for children experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, family changes, school difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, low self-esteem, or difficulty expressing their feelings.

At Bloom Therapeutics, our clinicians meet children where they are, using developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities to help them build confidence, strengthen emotional skills, and feel supported as they grow.

Because sometimes the biggest feelings are best expressed through play.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Change your thoughts. Build healthier patterns. Feel more in control.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By learning to recognize unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier ways of responding, CBT can help individuals better manage emotions, cope with challenges, and create meaningful change in everyday life.

CBT may be helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, negative thinking patterns, anger, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral concerns.

At Bloom Therapeutics, our clinicians use CBT strategies tailored to each person's individual needs and goals. Together, we help clients develop practical coping skills, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build healthier patterns that can continue long after therapy.

Small changes in the way we think can lead to meaningful changes in the way we feel and live.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

Build coping skills. Manage emotions. Create meaningful change.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals better understand and manage intense emotions, difficult thoughts, and challenging behaviors. DBT combines practical coping strategies with acceptance-based techniques to help individuals navigate stressful situations and build healthier relationships.

DBT focuses on four key areas: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. These skills can help individuals manage overwhelming emotions, communicate more effectively, cope with distress, and make healthier choices.

DBT may be helpful for individuals experiencing emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, impulsive behaviors, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty coping with stress.

At Bloom Therapeutics, our clinicians incorporate DBT skills based on each person's individual needs and goals, helping clients develop practical tools they can use both inside and outside of therapy.

You may not be able to control every emotion or situation—but you can learn new ways to respond.

Family and Couples Therapy

Strengthen connections. Improve communication. Grow together.

Relationships and families can experience challenges at every stage of life. Family and couples therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, work through conflict, and better understand one another.

Therapy may be helpful for couples and families experiencing communication difficulties, frequent conflict, trust concerns, parenting challenges, major life transitions, separation or divorce, blended-family concerns, grief, stress, or feelings of disconnection.

At Bloom Therapeutics, our clinicians work collaboratively with couples and families to identify patterns, build healthier communication skills, establish boundaries, and create meaningful changes that support stronger relationships.

Healthy relationships aren’t about being perfect—they’re about learning, communicating, and growing together.
